Jack-o-lanterns

Prior to going to the farm, we did carve pumpkins - Katherine wanted triangles and a smile with teeth, while Elizabeth wanted everything round.

A Different Kind of Halloween

Instead of doing the typical Halloween activities this year, we took a trip up to John's family farm to watch the corn being harvested. The girls had a blast and it was Christopher's first trip up there to see the big machines - he love them, too.

Watching the grain cart dump corn into the semi truck - Katherine then rode with them to take it to the bins in town.
